Are virtual colonoscopy procedures covered under insurance?
My insurance covers traditional colonoscopies, but I'm not sure if VCs are covered. What are the main differences between the procedures?

Virtual Colonoscopy are not covered by Insurance. You will have to pay Cash. They both are equally reliable and equally diagnostic. The Prep for VC is much lighter .But if the findings are positive then you have to go through traditional colonoscopies.
