Blood Disorder/CT Guided Bone Marrow BX

I'm due to get the above procedure and also have CLL which IS a blood disorder. Can you tell me the risks vs. benefits from it? Additionally, I need to have CT guided needle biopsy of the largest lymph node in my abdomen. Thanx 4 your time and reply.
