Why would a body scan last two hours?

The description here says results can be found in minutes. My husband has to have a full body scan which includes contrast and a two hour test. What would they be looking for over a two hour period?

The time frame is only an estimation for the time frame that you would be in the office. The scan itself only lasts about 15-20 minutes, but then after the scan you would then sit down with one of our board certified radiologists to discuss any questions or concerns that you might have along with any findings from the scan itself. That waiting period after the scan and the consultation time is what can make your appointment last for approximately two hours.

The exam should only be 15-30 minutes. Maybe the entire process will take that long.
