Our advisory board contains some of the most respected cardiologists in the industry, including Dr. Matthew Budoff and Dr. George M. Hedayat.
Dr. Matthew Budoff
Chairman of the Advisory Board / National Medical Director
Dr. Budoff is the chief instructor for physicians worldwide for the interpretation of EBT scans. He is also the founding member and treasurer of United States Society of Arteriosclerosis Imaging and Chairman of EBT users Committee. He is currently the Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where he has been an Attending Physician since 1993. Additionally, Dr. Budoff is the Chairman of the American Heart Association (AHA) Scientific Statement on EBT and Multi-slice CT Scanner.
Dr. David Shavelle
Advisory Board Member / Medical Director
Dr. Shavelle serves as Director of Interventional Cardiology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and is actively involved in research involving interventional cardiology and the noninvasive assessment of coronary plaque morphology with CT angiography. He is also Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
