Is Intense Pulse Light Therapy safer on the face than sclerotherapy?
I have some small spider veins on my nose and cheeks that I'd like to have treated. Is it safer to have IPL treatments than sclerotherapy on the face?

IPL is the best treatment option for spider veins in the face. Sclerotherapy, although an option, is not routinely used on the face. Laser results on facial spider veins are excellent.
